They will work on cross-functional projects in the organization, not just projects within one unit or department, through advanced training and experience. In order to use state of the art statistical analyses methods and techniques, Black Belt training exceeds that at Green Belt. The company is well-positioned because of its demonstrated management expertise and ability to resist pressure and execute projects on-time without compromises on quality standards. Proven Black Belts with considerable experience and a good mindset that is never said to die will go far into their career and hold top positions within the company.
