1. Commitment from the top management

The top management of an organization must be sure that they want to apply the quality management system in their organization. No organization can succeed with the process without the involvement of the top management. 2. Establishing the team
After the organization makes sure that they are going to implement the quality process to their business culture, the next step is to build the right team with the correct people. This step is very crucial because a team can make or break the decided workflow and impact the decided outcome. In this step, an implementation team is headed by a management representative who is responsible for planning and monitoring the implementation of the system.

3. Conduction ISO 9000 Awareness programs:
This is the way to make your team and employees know about the target if the organization. The awareness programs help the employees to understand their roles and responsibilities in the system. Many companies prefer to perform an all-at-once quality management system, whereas other organizations prefer having a phased total quality management system. 9. Certification and Registration:
Formal certification is made to validate the TQS. After several reviews and audits by the organization, a certification is awarded to the organization. The certificate needs renewal every three years.
